Delivery Policy

Bloom Biotics offers in freight options. Delivery prices very based on location. We work with our returning customers depending on frequency of loads and size. Generally we charge a % of the order amount. 

Customers must finalize delivery orders by noon the day prior to shipment. As always, we ask that drivers be given assistance while unloading plant material. We appreciate your help in easing the process and allowing us to make deliveries in a timely manner.

Returns & Refunds

At Bloom Biotics, we are committed to providing our customers with top-quality tropical plants backed by exceptional service. While we strive for perfection in every aspect of our business, we understand that issues may arise from time to time. Here’s how we handle refunds and returns:

Pest Control: We invest heavily in plant quality and logistics to ensure the best plants in the industry. However, pests, such as Mealy bugs, are a common challenge in the outdoor environment where our plants grow. While our suppliers take extensive measures to control pests, we cannot guarantee “bug-free” plants. We are happy to provide suggestions for pest control solutions to our customers.

Customer Responsibility: As a wholesale company serving the trade/industry, we expect our customers to be equipped to handle minor issues such as dry/wet plants, minor foliage damage, or treating for pests (not infestations). It’s common practice in our industry to address these issues as they arise.

Handling Returns: We handle credit requests on a case-by-case basis and require notification within 48 hours of receipt, along with accompanying photos of the issue. Our team will assess each situation individually to determine the appropriate course of action.

Restocking Fees: In certain cases where customers change their plans, we may charge a restocking fee of up to 20% on plants ordered but not shipped. Restocking fees are only applied when there are associated costs with fulfilling a customer order.
